Our practice has been providing a vasectomy service for over
30 years,
( 2 generations of doctors ). We
perform what is known as a no-scalpel vasectomy technique,
and have an audit on performance of over 2755 vasectomys since
1993.

CONSENT FORM
which you may like to fill in and bring with you, if you
are considering using our services.
We prefer to receive
a referral via your GP and mainly provide vasectomies on
the NHS for most of Staffordshire and South Derbyshire.
We can also provide
private vasectomies providing a referral is made from your
GP first.
